Go to a glass company (the kind that replaces windows, screens and such) and have them order you a small container of CRL acrylic polish. It is a very, very fine polish made exactly for what you need. You can polish that emblem to a crystal clear finish. It might cost you $10.00 or so but it will come in handy for other things. I've had mine for about 8-10 years and it works great. Do not use polish made for paint, it is too course will cut into the plastic and cloud it.
