Default RE: Question on Roush Front Fascia

hey rap, here is the deal with the lights........

you can do whatever the h3ll you want........

the fog light kit for the bumper comes with your fogs, wiring harness, and a switch that some people install in their cab......

all you need is the fogs and wire harness......

you can do any combo you want as long as they know where to splice the wires.....

you can have it wired up to do any of these:

a) headlights on, center fogs on, roush fogs off (operate on interior switch)
b) headlights on, center fogs off, roush fogs on (again operating on interior switch)
c) headlights on, center fogs on, roush fogs on (no interior switch installed)

i personally went with option C since i didnt like the idea of drilling holes in my rides interior...

i have the roush fogs wiring spliced in with the stock fogs wiring so when i turn the stock fogs on then the roush fogs come on as well.....

good deal on getting the new front, i wouldnt see why they would charge any more than putting a stock one on, but some shops would try to pull something like that so i would go ahead and ask anyways to be sure

I know that it is illegal in CT... have you ever seen a car with 6 lights on coming at you? extremely distracting

Option C in my previous post is without the use of the stand-alone roush foglight switch interior installation........

The mounting of the stock fascia in comparison to the roush rascia is the same BUT the extra $$$ charge will come when the body shop has to install the foglights onto the roush fascia and get them wired to the car....
