What Tire Size
I did a search and could not find exactly what I am looking for. I need a little advice please. I am going to get the 18X9 DD Bullitts in either black or chrome. My car is a V6 and Black.
1 WillI need to upgrade the suspesion or braking?
2 What size tires shouldI get?
3 Will I need anything else to install them?
When I go to american muscle they recommend 255/45/18
When I talk to the guy at Discount they recommend a 240/40/18 or 240/45/18
Does anyone have any pics. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

RE: What Tire Size
1 No
2 255/45R18
3 Lugnuts maybe
American Muscle is correct
Discount Tire is nuts, those tires will be way too short.
sorry, I don't have any pics of mine with h 18" bullets yet, it's in storage.

1. you dont need to upgrade susp or braking, but many people like to lower to decrease the wheel gap just for looks
2. for front 275/45/18; back 285/55/18
my 20's are 9" also and i got 255/35/20 and they are too narrow and sidewalls too skinny, the rims stick out a bit over the tires so a wider tire would be better. also a fatter sidewall in back always looks good.
3. if you have TPMS you will need to switch it to the new rims or turn off the warning light by pressing reset when you start the car.

RE: What Tire Size
Be careful..... 275/45/18 is taller than stock and might rub in front when you turn.
Some people go with 275/40/18, but those are shorter than stock, and IMO they look a little ridiculous and cause more wheel gap.
