They were trying to give me a pt loser. I SAID HELL NO. Yeah I will definately stand my ground with this car. I want a new bumper and the car back to new!

This is what pisses me off about insurance companies. They are always trying to take advantage of people. Remember, once you accept the car back, you will have no grounds for any future action. You need to take it to either the dealer or a shop of your choosing not theirs. If you feel like they are not doing what they are supposed to be, talk to a lawyer.

Sometimes it helps to remind them that the sooner this is resolved to YOUR satisfaction, the SOONER they quit paying for the rental.

I would have rather had the pt loser over the caravan lol. anyway like everyone said, dont accept it back til you are 100% satisfied, and get a lawyer if need be. Good luck getting it back soon in one piece!
