spark knock under hard acceleration

spark knock under hard acceleration

Just go a 2006 GT with 10000 miles. It has a strange click noise under hard acceleration like a spark knock.
It is totally stock. Has anyone had a problem like this?

Try a different fuel type. Maybe you got a bad batch.
What you running, 87? Try an 89......

I had the same issue with my car. Try the 89 octaine and it will stop. I think OPEC is watering this crap down these days.

Maybe if it is Canada and Mexico doing it since that is where we buy most of our oil.
