So you asked the forums if they would fit okay, and every answer is "no" or "I wouldn't try it," but 6 hours later you order them. What was the point of this thread?

I hope it works out and I'd like to see pictures when you get them on.

+1

They are going to stick out a little too much imo.

I honestly didn't realize that you guys decided what mods I do on my car.

Well, I wanted to see what people would say. I've had positive response to these in other threads, but heres a good example of negative response. I think it'll look great, and once I get them and put them on I'll be sure to post pictures.

No one is deciding what mods you do.
You asked a question, we replied.

What wheels are you looking at? Why 17x8? You already have 17x8's. Doesn't seem like much of an upgrade.
Downgrading with the +0 mm offset IMO!

Just switching from the +45mm S197's have to a +22mm the SN95's have most of the cases make the wheels look bad because they stick out and thats a 23mm difference, can't imagine the 45mm difference !

just sharing my thoughts.

I'm interested to see these, that's for sure. I forgot you were going to try the Cragers. Now I understand the 17x8 thing.

I do understand the drastic difference but I think it will turn out to look good and the handling I'm not concerned about.

And I never said I wasn't prepared for your answer, but theres no need to act put off when I decide to lay $800 down on my car. The only reason I got sarcastic with a couple of you was because you certainly thought I was a real loony to buy these just because you guys said you didn't like them. [>:] The point of this thread? To get your opinion, and I got it. Then the ++++11111 flood started and I was just thinking jeez if its that terrible be glad your not the unfortunate guy who will have to deal with this 'terrible wheel atrocity.' And like I said, I'm truly not trying to be a loser here, but theres definetly people on this board that need to keep in mind that each persons Mustang is just that - their Mustang. Ok, so now that I'm done making drama,

I'll post pics once they get here.

When I pulled off my tires and rims today I set them up in the position that they would be with the new offset and it looked pretty good.
