Hey guys,

Just got the kit in the mail today, what is everyone using to apply this stuff?

Any tips or hints that might be useful for me?

I used some cheap craft brushes, because I found the brush in the kit was too stiff to do the small hard to get to areas. Have everything the way you want it before you mix the hardener with the paint. I had my wheels off and the car up on four heavy duty jack stands. I also had someone come behind me to make sure I didn't miss anything before the paint got too hard to apply. And, take your time and do a good job. If you accidentally get it on something you didn't want it on just let it dry and scrape it off with a knife blade.

Also i talked my buddy into runnin to the store to just get some finer ones and also a more fuller/thicker one.

By the way, you will love the G2 caliper paint. I LOVEEEE mine.

Oh since I live in stupid Michigan, with the temps in the low teens [:@]is it still safe to apply this paint? My car is put away for the winter and I was thinking of doing this is 2-3 weeks.

Um....read the directions first - it says on there,I believe it says NOT to do it under a certain temp like 60 or something.. Not sure tho. I would personally not do it unless you have a heated garage or something but I am also kinda weird about stuff like that...

i wanna do that in the spring time just dont know what color to do it b/c my car is red i think black or silver or the same color as my car if i can find it

Is there anyway to remove caliper paint?

I painted mine with dupli color last summer and it's starting to peel off, so I want to remove it before going with another brand.
