Exhaust Manifold Question

I replaced my Stock cats with an Pypes O/R H-pipe and while removing the stock pipes I buggered up the threads in the manifold
can the Studs be replaced?

Yes, studs can be replaced. Tap the threads in the manifold to clean them out also.
