How long did it take and how long before they can be put back onto the car?

When I ask how long, that means jacking up time, taping etc?

Can someone who doesn't have a steady hand do this or should I have a shop do it?

what a difference it makes to the appearance...looks good

Indeed people have their opinions, and I supose that is not a good picture of what they really look like. When in direct sun looks good, the paint is graphite/ gun metal.

here is my question- what does the junction of paint o the polished lip look like? can some one take a close up of that? i am afraid of the paint being to high. then, do you clear coat the whole rim? or just what you painted?

It took me about 8 hours with jacking to putting rims back on. Any1 can do it take ur time. It took about 2 cans of black wheel coating for all 4 rims. I would just clear coat what you painted but it does not matter, you can do the whole rim. Its really easy just take ur time.....!!
