Default STRIPPED OBLONG FRONT BUMPER HOLES FOR PLATES

I noticed today the my front lic plate was a little loose, so I tried to tighten the screws and low and behold STRIPPED, turns But no tighten, I removed the screws and the holes are not round anymore, the stupid BA$TARD at the dealer must have over turned them?
Any ideas on the best way to reattach snug?? plugs?? bigger screws?? The white license plate plugs won't go into the holes, square and too big!!
THANKS!

Go to the Ford dealer, look for the models that have the squareplastic insert ( internally threaded) for REAR plate mounting. Order that part # OR go to your local hardware store.
