Default Bullitt Shifter Handle

I really like what the bullitt shifter handle looks like. Anyone know how to take the factory handle off and has anyone out there bought the new bullitt handle and installed it?

The bullitt handle does not screw off?? Not sure, I read in the Bullitt form it is one piece with the rod?

Sir you mention you have a Ford Racing Package just what does that consist of? I thought the Bullitt came with a beefy suspension and the 3:73 gear? Did you go to the 4:10s?

looks like the shifter handle would fit your stock shifter, but unless you also order the replacement Bullitt bezel/boot, it's not gonna look right. The stock boot is going to be larger in diameter where the handle passes through it than on the Bullitt boot. You'll have a gap (look at pics on partscheap link and you'll see what I mean). I'd replace it all (****, boot/bezel) if I was going that route.

that adapter looks pretty good, may get it to use with a t-handle or pistol grip.
