does anyone know if on the factory GT fascia it should have the black inserts(brackets) on it for the turning signals? I purchased one onlinewhich was missing these brackets,and it was a pain to get this part out of my previous bumper to put onto the new one. thanks for the help.

No they do not come with it. You have to re-use your old ones. Jus simply cut off the rivet holding it in and replace it with a nut/bolt.
