I'm running an o/r X pipe and pypes violators and the cops AND principals at my school have never said anything. In fact one time, the ***. Principal pulled me out of class just to tell me I have an amazing sounding car and what i had done to it

I'm not saying it's right or anything, but I can understand where the cop is coming from. There's a good chance he's off duty when he's doing this too. But I figure he probably puts up with a lot of crap from the kids being the cop on the school property. Kids these days have absolutely no respect for authority. As for the sliced window tint....well it's certainly one way to make you wanna take down the tint haha. I've heard of other states where cops do that too.
That's why I always try to be polite to cops
By the way, I have a license plate frame that covers up my state name on my license plate....does this sound illegal?
And one more by the way....I wish I even had a piece of crap beater to drive towhen I was inschool, let alone a Mustang...especially a GT. I rode the damn bus, even as a senior in high school! [:'(]

...there was the one instance where a kid had tint on his ford ranger and got ticketed $400.00 - it's the law, plain and simple, but I'm sure you'll know where im coming from here.

Depends on your state. And yeah, $400...
I just asked my son if he knew of any more window tint cases and I guess some kid with a grand am GT (V6 - DUAL OVERHEAD CAMS!! [8D]) had tint and they said take it off by the next day or else he'd ticket him and, you know how tint is, now he has all sorts of nasty bubbly residue and such from it because it wouldn't come off.
Stupid rules. [:@]
