Default RE: Need Opinion on car Exterior and Wheels

ORIGINAL: Shard Phoenix

I really think those are tolite looking to have on a car that wont be lowered, and the 40 profile tire will really show on them.Better with the old school look if you arent going to lower the car.

You spent all that money on a whipple and your not going to do any suspension work, and areconcerned the price difference of low profile tires?
You can see in my sig I have BMR UCA and LCA's, I am just not a fan of lowering cars. I did that with my last stang, a 99 GT and it was a real pain as a DD. Speed bumps, steep driveways, I hated worrying about driving around. The most I will do is possible drop the rear an inch but thats it. It is just personal preference.

And I wasnt concerned with the price per se I just thought the taller tire looked better on a stock ride height stang with 20's and as another plus they area little cheaper. Spending $1400 everytime you have to buy new tires gets old fast, especially in staggered fitments where you cant rotate.

I am taking care of all the go parts and then the show. Still need alum flywheel and driveshaft and then looks.
