When you pulled the plugs did you do it according to the TSB or did you just pull them out like any other spark plug? I have 15k on my Mustang and am considering doing the same thing. TIA

Are the plugs hard to pull on the V6?

I believe the 4.0 is safe.

Hey guys... Im at 25K miles. Pulled spark plugs for fear of having them lock and break later on. I was planning to just reinstall them with anti-seize but should I go ahead and buy new ones or is 25K not too bad....
When you put the plugs back in with anti-sieze, make sure the bottle does not say "Loctite High Strength Threadlocker RED"

SorryI could not resist. [8D]

All of the plugs got caught in the hole due to crud. I did the same thing with all of them.... Used PBBlaster waited 5 minutes, and then broke them loose, and then put in a few more drops of PBblaster, waited 5 more minutes, and screwed it out. Every single one creaked like a wooden ship as I screwed it out because of the crud that had built up, but they all came out without any hiccups... Its the initial break loose thats the most mentally tough part.

They weren't very dirty at all, but there was definately crud built up around the end of the threads.
