Vitesse auto sports was a local Colorado companythat built Mustangs. They are probably best know for building a car for the 2005 players run in conjunction with Sean Hyland.
They started to build a street able car for auto shows etc. They finished the exterior and interior and then closed their doors never doing the engine swap.
The street car mentioned above is in fact the car I happened to find one spring night for sale.
Below is a picture from the Denver auto show.
As for the lights. the paint will actually go on the buckets and not the clear peices. Simular to the picture above.
