Default Handsfree Bluetooth for cell phones?

I did not order the Sync system when I placed the order for my Mustang. Like the idea of handsfree bluetooth for using your phone.
What is everyone using? Thanks for the info.

My setup involves a Kenwood DDX-6019 (IN-DASH DVD, CD, SIRIUS). I am planning on getting a Bluetooth piece (I think it's called a BT-100). This piece will allow my phoen to sync with my head unit and the calls I receive will come through my speakers. The head unit has a mic in it so it picks up the signal, sort of like the syn system I guess. All in all, this setup has cost me around $900. ($520 head unit, $140 install w/ trim kit, $200 for Sirius Radio (lots of various parts to make my Sirius play through my head unit) and Ipod Adaptor (to make my Ipod interface play through the head unit, anda switcher to make both of these setups work simultaneously. I don't know how much the BT-100 part costs so I factored in $40 to my setup. Hope this helps, Hunter.

Currently I just use a Blueant Z9 headset (since I have two phones, and it allows me to connect to both at the same time and switch on the fly. It also has a little tie clip on it, which is great so I don't have to keep it in my ear when not in use). If you don't want a headset and just want something for your car, then I suggest a bluetooth speaker, such as the Motorola T305 or Blueant Supertooth light. These are speakers that you clip on your visor and work similarly to an in-car bluetooth system. I have a T305 and it works great. Plently loud enough to hear, easy to use (works better if your phone has voice dialing of course). I also had the model before the T305 from Motorola which also worked very well, but I lost that one. Reviews on the Blueant Supertooth light are great as well. I'm considering getting that one at some point, because I much prefer using the speakers over a headset. Hope this helps.

I have the Ford "Mobile-ease" it $500 at the dealer but I found it on ebay for $100 and installed it myself,
It all just plugs in. I have the mic on the side of the courtesy lamp overhead and the control on the dash. I love it.
When I get a call all I have to do is touch the button and answer, it uses the stereo like a bluetooth headset.
I have pics if you like, and NO wires exposed anyplace, looks OEM

I must be living in the stone ages. I use a Motorola Bluetooth headset for my personal cell phone and a wired headset for my work cell.

My dealer installed an accessory called cigblue, it takes the place of cigarette lighter above the radio, this work pretty well and looks like a factory item. I didn't want this in my car but it was already installed before i bought the car.
