Default What should I BUY?
I'm looking to buy some shorty headers with a nice sound but not to loud..Whats a good set?

IMO if you're going to go through the trouble of changing the headers I would really get some long tubes. Only way to make a power increase and get that good sound.

my jba longtubes were bolt on. i also bought the catted midpipe. i love mine

I have MAC LTs and they went in smoothly (well, mostly smoothly...). American Racing LTs are nice, too.

My ARH were striaght bolt on like any other LT out there. There will provide mroe gains over the shorties.

PS lose the TB spacer

Yeah, if you're gonna get headers do the LTs, shorties are a waste of money IMO.

shorties suck ***; all they do is look nice. I had them on my old 90 GT and noticed -0-, and those were a lot less expensive than the s197 shorties are.
