With the S/C you are safe until about 470-480 rwhp, or about 10lbs of boost.

If I was getting a S/C I would definately go with a twin screw, either a Whipple or Saleen.

$25,900 its got mods and mach 1 trim with a 302w the car has only 55000 miles on it and the engine has less. here ill just post the info from a for sale ad:

This is a 1969 Mustang Fastback with Mach 1 trim with A/C. This vehicle is in unbelievable condition. I have put a lot of effort in to making this car a beauty. The interior has been redone and I have gotten many compliments at shows. I am the second owner and neither the first owner or me have ever smoked in the car. The interior was kept up very nicely and so was the exterior. The engine is a 302W and was rebuilt about 6 years ago and new front components were put on the engine (alternator, water pump, etc.). It has a C4 automatic trans as well. Overall this vehicle is in mint condition and drives just as good as it looks. The only reason why I am selling this Ford legend is because I need the money for college. I prefer pick up only and I can't pay for shipping. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or serious offers, email or phone is fine.

Selling Points: exclusive alarm system with LCD key chain. automatic door openers. 17 inch Billet Specialties wheels with new bfgoodrich tires. Wilwood front disc brake kit. new power brake booster and master cylinder. new alternator, water pump, charged A/C, and a KRC power steering pump kit along with new drive belts. flex a lite fan. new fuel pump and filter. locking hood locks with special key. new leather seats and interior. no electrical problems. new stereo receiver and side/rear speakers. working/charged A/C. new steering components, inner/outer tied rods, upper/lower ball joints, idler arm, and KRC power steering pump kit. shock tower body brace. locking gas cap. new flowmaster mufflers.

Supercharger or turbo - hands down. Anything left should be put toward facial surgery cuz its hard to get the smile off your face

would the HO tuner kit from whipple be too much for a stock motor?

You'll want the whole kit...the tuner kit doesn't supply everything and you are left to go and buy things yourself, so if a part is missing, it is up to you and not Whipple to replace it...Whipple puts one of the best kits together if not the best for our cars IMHO

Yeah I'd probably go with the Whipple, or one of Brenspeed's Saleen kits.
