Out of the aftermarkey x or h pipe which one sounds more aggresive and is legal as far as passing inspections. Plus there is minimal gain on these do they require a tune?

depends on the county you live in. about 80% of counties in texas do not do emission test so you will be fine with an o/r pipe. I have an o/r x pipe and i have san antonio (bexar country) and have no problem with inspeciton

i have a bassani x-pipe deep tone hardly any drone as for emmissions i was told id be fine as long as i had cats. But ive been living in tx for almost a year and havent had any problems with the po-po's.

i have an o/r h-pipe here in houston...i have never tried to get an inspection before since "i know people" but i know that i have talked to inspection places here in houston, in SA and in canyon lake (my home town) and they all told me that they would check for cats...

FYI, go to a dealership and ask them if they will inspect it...generally, they have so many other things going on, they half *** the inspections...atleast that is what my buddy that works at the local honda dealership told me...
