Default Kudos to Scott Drake

Recently installed the Running Horse fluid cap covers/dipstick handle replacement from Scott Drake:

At the time of install, I noticed the dipstick handle fit very tightly compared to the stock handle, but figured that was just the way they designed it. Then last weekend I read on another forum that Scott Drake had shipped some of the handles with an incorrect gasket on the handle but that they now had correct replacements. So I went on their website, found customer service number, and called them up. I was half expecting to get the runaround about "you have to go back to where you bought them" or "we need proof of purchase" or something like that. Instead, the guy that answered the phone immediately acknowleged that there had been an issue with some of the handles, asked me for my address, and sent me 2 new gaskets (guess they gave me a spare for my troubles) free of charge.I just installed one of them and it fits perfectly. I read a lot of posts about bad customer service, so I thought I should give an acknowlegement to Scott Drake for a job well done and for standing behind their product.
