Can you bring your car back to dealer to get packages installed?

Can't see why not, but you're gonna pay out the *** for it.
Most mods are simple enough that you can do them yourself (perhaps with a bit of help from forum members on here), but if not, you're probably better just finding private shops near your house to do the work. You'll probably save money compared to Ford shops that way.

You can take your car in to have any kind of Ford parts installed for the most part. But they won't sell them to you as packages... you'll have to pay for each upgrade individually. For example you want the Pony Package... you can't just go in and say "I want a Pony Package." They can do the grille and the rocker stripes and the badges, but they will charge you separate for each one. Same with the GT/CS package, etc. Those type packages come installed straight from the dealership unless your dealership specializes in conversions. Some of them do tweak certain cars to cater to different tastes (spoilers, stripes, wheels). Plus that gives them an incentive to sell the car at a higher price. In any case, you may even have to go through the parts department, get the parts, and then go to the body shop to have them installed. That's if you want the dealership to do it. And yes, they'll probably charge you more than a private shop would.

I noticed that the Pony package has upgraded suspension, So I'm better off just upgrading the suspension with an after market mod?

it's possible that if you buy these performance packages at the dealer they will install them for a fee:
The Pony Package is a factory-installed option, so you might as well cherry pick each part you really want from the place with the lowest price for each part.

You can get anything that you are willing to pay for. But dealerships charge crazy money for the most simple things. Labor fees are insane.

They'll rape you. Try not to slip on their drool when you explain to them what you want done.

i can't think of any good reason to ever do this - reputable shops aren't that hard to come by, especially if you ask for recommendations from fellow mf'ers. i'm sure you're not in the habit of just throwing your money away
