Auto or manual.

RE: Auto or manual.
'06 GT automatic here. IF I could do it all over again, I'd go manual, but when I was buying, it was do or die, buy an auto, or forget buying a Mustang, so I figured auto was better than nothing, plus I rented the GTH (for a day!) and figured I could live with an auto Stang! I got a great deal on an '06 leftover,(got 'em from 31k sticker to 27k) there were 2 cars left , both autos. The dealer wouldn't budge below sticker on the new '07s, so I left w/ an auto car. I didn't want to walk,( got a good deal on my Vette trade-in) and then wait another year, and then the '07 leftovers would be autos too! Looked into selling privately, then buying another manual car, but I'd lose too much, plus getting married this year, I need every penny I have!! Auto isn't too bad, I can live with it, but I'd rather a stick!

RE: Auto or manual.
I had an 07' convertible in an auto before this one and I'm gald I went back to the manual. The auto was too boring for me, plus you can't rev it without slapping it into neutral or lunging forward. I've always owned manuals and will never go back.

The only reason the Manual are losing the race right now, is because the guys with the Sticks are out banging gears......they'll catch up later when they get home.
