UDPs would make a difference.
Didn't change my rpm hang. Just installed Steeda UDPs 2 weeks ago.

Yeah, UDPs, aluminum driveshaft, light flywheeletc won't do the trick like many think, because the throttle plate is electronically controlled. Just because you let off the gas doesn't mean its closing, the computer decides how fast it closes...

Wouldn't UDP's make the rpms hang more since there is less drag on the engine?

No, lighter weight components would make it slow down faster, because heavier components have more intertia and want to keep spinning.

But like I said, in an electronically controlled cars, lighter components wont make it slow faster.
