Hey guys, I have to take my Mustang in to the service dept. to get some warranty work done. I have noticed that there is a buzzing sound coming from the speakers with my stock Shaker 500 system. I can only hear it with the radio on and the volume all the way down or during low noise parts in music. I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this with their stock system? I eventually plan to upgrade the Shaker to an aftermarket system, but for now I would really rather have the dealership fix or replace my radio for free. It sounds like a fan running, but comes from the speakers. Any help would be appreciated!

Does it sound like its coming from the drivers door speaker?

if so there is a TSB for it 07-16-6 IIRC

I hear it mostly from the driver door speaker, it almost sounds like it could be coming from all the speakers. What would I need to do in order to remedy this? Thanks for the reply.

I find if I close my doors the buzz goes away[8D]

I get the same buzzing from my driver side door speaker. I just assumed since I bought the car used, that it was previously busted.
