Default OEM HID's, how do they look?

If anyone can do me a favor and post pics of the HID's in the nightime preferably, I am curious how they look and what is their closest color temperature so when I get mine it match's the fogs with bulbs I purchase, which are most likely silverstar's since they "look" like HID's.

Thanks!

Joe

They are a $525 factory option. See my sig for a picture. (When Comcast fixes their fricken' web server. [:@]) I think the factory HID's are 4100K. For comparison the fogs are 2500K yellow Nokya's.

The factory HID's are bright white - no blue whatsoever.

hope this helps but maybe not. I was going to tint my fog lights to matche the HID's but the lightest tint was a little too dark.

isn't it 525 for the hid..+325 or something for the perimeter alarm? cuz you can't get the hids without the alarm?

You are correct - Active Anti-Theft is required for the HID's and that is a $325 option. So all together it's a $850 option package.
