no reason to revert to stock. The recall re programs the RCM not the PCM. I didnt even bother taking my intake off and reverting to stock. Car runs fine all the tunes work. Not sure if this was posted already but I'm sure it would help a lot of you who are waiting to see if they needed to revert to stock

As long as they don't decide to load the latest Ford tune while their at it. Which they've been known to do.

I told them not to update the PCM and why. I was honest with them and they made sure to leave it alone, they seem to enjoy seeing my mods as I get them done haha

Thanks for the info! I was holding out until I saw a post like this just to make sure the PCM did not need to be reprogrammed before dropping mine off.

I love my local dealership, they replaced my throttle body (after having rough idle issues) under warranty, even though I had the CAI/tune on.

Just asked them not to reset the PCM.

I need to point it out to them as I have the S/C and custom dyno tune and cant afford it to go to hell on me. I did verify with the service writer that my car qualifies for recall.
