Default Weird question about guages...!

Is there any way to disconnect the lights for the gauges? I don't have the mycolor and noticed with the lights off the guages are white and a lot brighter than when the lights are on (green, but very low intensity). I want the white lights on all the time! I don't want the green lights at all.

Is there a reliable little tweak i can do without disarming the traction control or something?

Yes, pull the dash and insturment cluster.
Remove the LEDs in the insturment cluster
that produce thegreen light.
Avoid damaging the $1000 insturment cluster
in the process. Or override the high speed can
buss and emulate the PCM data to delete the
greenlight when its unwanted.
There is a way but its not easy.
PM me if you are feeling up to the task.
