Default Broke the bolt head off

So I was installing my uppercontrol arm/mount and when tightening one of the two bolts on the UCA mount I broke the head of the bolt completely off. I tried to drill a hole in it with a brand new titanium bit to use one of those pull it out screw things.. Now I am at a loss of what to do? Can the mount just be simply welded on? Its BMR stuff.

A good machine shop can get it out for you if you can't get an easy-out in it.

well getting the car to a machine shop would be my concern now, once that is done they can do anything you need if they are decent

Is there any amount of the bolt sticking out?

Maybe you can cut a groove in the bolt with a hacksaw blade and use a screw driver and some penetrating oil. ....probably in there too tight though.

If you brake the head off a bolt theres no tention left..It should unscrew pretty easy with just the tip of your finger,or make a groove in it with a sharp screwdreiver..I've done it plenty of times. Its just a matter of getting it started

Use Cobalt drill bits to drill a hole for the easy out or however you plan on removing the bolt. I had a bolt head break off on my '70 GTO taking off the water pump, 3" long and rusted in the block.Titanium bits barely scratched the surface. Use the Cobalt bits with cutting oiland start witha small bit and then use increasing sizes. It'll drill a hole just fine. Like a knife through butter.
