Default Rotational based Noise

I know a internet diagnosis of noise is a near impossible task but any help you can offer would be appreciated.

It honestly sounds like a bad duck call to me. It is not consent. The frequency increases with an increase in speed. The brakes and clutch have no effect on the noise. There is no vibration noticed with the noise. It isn't always present. I can only hear the noise with the windows down and when there is something for the noise to reflex off of. I am thinking a wheel bearing or something is off with the drive shaft. I briefly check the tires, rotors etc last night and today and don't see anything... The pinion angle is within range.

Just to head off the questions my car is lowered and I do have adj. lcas.

Thanks for the thoughts...

How about when the car is not moving, but still revving?

Yup, good question on the revving when sitting still.

Also, is it a whirring noise? Probably not the same whirring as many people complain about since you can clearly hear that inside the car.

But yeah, describe where its coming from a little more, and if it happens when revving sitting still, and does it seem to be from the rear or middle of car etc etc etc.

It is not engine based the car must be moving. To me it sounds like it is coming from the front drivers side but the only way I have heard it is when it is reflects off of something next to me... The feq. is comparable to when a rock is stuck in your tire but the nosie is not simualr in tone. I have checked the tires for foreign objects... I am just at a loss currently...

Perhaps a tire tread buzz? Put a different tire on and go for a ride.

I don't have tire pressure sensors.

I understand where you are going with this it really sounds like a wheel/tire based issue thats why I am at a loss.

Ugh, its at a loss! not lose, lol The 1st time I let it slide on a typo, the 2nd time I had to say something, lol. Just ignore me.

Can you get the front tires off the ground and spin the wheels freely to listen?

I had a wheel bearing go bad on my 1991 Ranger, but I could hear that from the inside with the windows up.

I'll just throw some stuff at you:

Body panel flapping in wind?
Hood pin lanyard vibrating against hood or grill?

It must be very loud if you can hear it over your side exhaust.
