Rattle/tinkle sound from tachometer area

Rattle/tinkle sound from tachometer area
Has anyone had rattle/tinkle sound from the tachometer area when you hit a bump? Usually happens when the weather is really cold. Of course the Ford dealer could not replicate the problem.

Ford couldn’t find the problem but after a lot of detective work I found the problem. It was the inside plastic piece of the inside door handle bezel. Took it to Ford to show them the problem and they ordered new door handle assembles.
