Brenspeed said: The link above is where you download the SCT Windows Drivers and SCT Live Load 3 (the software to load the tune). You use SCT load 3 to put the tunes on the programmer. You MUST use the most recent version of Live Load 3 found on the link above. Any old versions you may already have will not work.
Ive downloaded the Xcal2 9400. Also ive put the brenspeed tune on my desktop. Whats the windows drivers? What else do i need to download? Link? Thanks!

Thats the older version. When i open up live load it comes up like this..
Also, when i plug the xcal2 in the computer, it doesn't show new hardware, nor does the xcal go to the main menu..
The tuner turns on, says "dallas mustang" (guy i bought it from had that) i hit select/cancel and it takes me to program vehicle, dealer info, and all that mess.

you need to get the driver, liveload, and update, then you plug in the tuner and your computer should prompt you what to do to configure your tuner, then use liveload to load the tune onto your tuner.

check out Tacobills post and walk through that.....it might not say "main menu" and i do not think it has to....all interaction done would be on the computer anyway. I havent loaded a tune on my xcal for quite a while, but that was the process if i recall

try justrunning the liveload program and load the tune to the tuner, it should prompt you what to do, my livewire didnt say main menu, it looked just like if you plug it into your car.
