If I had to do this for a customer, I'll take the set-up from an old Trans Am for the T-tops and the Targa style from a European car.
That way, you don't have to reengeneer the water chanels/wheaterstrips and lock down mechanisms for the removable tops.
Still labor extensive and costly...
