I ordered these Pypes muffler brackets for my V6-to-duals conversion, and here's what they look like straight out of the box. As you can see, the rubber in the one bracket is nice and solid, and the rubber in the other bracket is all shredded.

Is this cool, or should I expect any issues with how they absorb vibration or anything because of all this shredded rubber?

It just looks to me like one has the extra rubber removed and the other one doesn't. No problem there...

The "shreading" is from mold flashing and is totally normal.
