The factory bands can't be transfered. The TPMS sensors are easy to move from one to another, but you have to buy new bands for the new wheels. The bands themselves are about $10 apiece, so it's possible that they did put new bands on the wheels, and just move the sensor's from the old wheel to the new. I can't see how you aren't getting the error message if they didn't move them, BTW....do the old wheels still have the little blue sensor's on them? If they do, then something isn't working with that system.

Did they break down your old tires? They would have had to to get the sensors. They may have put bands on your new wheels but the sensors are over $100 each.

I just put new wheels on and had to order the band kit from American Muscle, 1 kit per tire, $16.99 per kit. The shop broke my old tires down and transferred the sensors.

Well, the warning light started flashing today, so looks like everyone was right in that it takes a bit for it to show.

Not a big deal. It flashes a few times, then goes off.

I know, I know, I know. I've been meaning to fix this, it's just been cold and rainy here for several weeks. Once it warms up a bit, I'll be taking the fishing line to it to fix the issue!

It kinda tells me how long to wait
for proper oil circulation and lubrication
before getting out and stanging it.
Its just 70 secs or so.
Not like the Info Panel some have that
makes you reset the TPMS message
every time you start the stang. [:@]
