That is somewhat what I was thinking... hell.. I am not even an offical mechanic and I have a 3 jaw pully puller in my tool box. Come in handy to throw at cats when I am smoking ciggies in the garage.

But hey... don't be too hard on the shop... Every shop has to hire a new guy right out of Tech school now and then.

When I take my car to the shop I always ask "How long have you been a mechanic".... I preferr to hear at least 5 years or more. 6 months is the wrong answer!
