Default Problem with JLT intake tube

yesterday i was cruising around and when i started the car up after putting some gas i threw a code. system too lean. i immediately thought of the intake since it has been starting to come apart from the silver part of the tube and the black inlet. never that big of a problem til yesterday when i popped the hood and saw it had completely came off the black part of the tube. i pushed it back in and cleared the code. now before i take off i check to make sure the thing is not falling apart. Anyone else have this problem before? can i get it fixed? or should a little super glue fix the problem?
