06 GT Vert for $23,000. Is that good?
Ok, I have a 97 GT I am getting rid of and probably going to buy a newer one. I found an 06 Tripple Black GT with 33,000 miles on it for $23,000. First, is that a god deal? Kelly Blue Book says it is worth around $26,000 or so. The body is perfect as is the interior. The only potential problem I see is the temperature **** doesn't click as it goes around. It just smoothly moves both ways but stll djusts the temprature correctly.
I just need some input from you guys that actually have these cars. I love the wa they drive and I would like to have this one. I just need to make sure it is an ok investment.

I don't think mine clicks when it goes around. I haven't driven it in a while, so I don't recall those fine details.. LOL
I would think with 33k on the clock it'd be going for a little bit less, but who knows.. Mine has 14k on it. As a point of reference, I suppose it all depends on the options that were on the car, but I bought mine new with everything except heated seats for $29,900.
Either way, it sounds like a fair deal. If you want a 'vert, then pick it up. These things are definitely a blast!

I say not at all... considering I got my GT brand new, factory ordered with nav, fully loaded except for heated seats for 27K.
You should be able to find some lower mileage 07's for that price IMO.

That should be lower with 30k miles on it.
I got my vert new for about $29,800 . That means taht 30,000 miles =~5500 of depreciation?

I picked up my GT for $21,900.00.'07 coupe with 3700mi on the clock.
Your's isan OK price for a vert but that alot of miles for an 06. Personally I think the dealer can do better.
For the record, the ***** on an 06 do not click, while the ***** on the 07/08 do. One interesting tidbitI learned whenI was windowshopping for a GT.

A lot of people buy verts as weekend fun cars. I have had mine for two years and have 4200 miles on it. You could get a much lower mileage 05 for way less money. If you are looking for a vert, get on cars.com or autotrader.com and see what is around. I know you could get an '05 with 12000 miles for less than that. And it's all about mileage.
