No; a CAI and tune will not void your warranty. The only part of your warranty it should affect is anything that the CAI and the tune caused directly. If you have a really dick dealer, then what you'll have to return your car to stock each time, but once you know how to do it, that doesn't really take that long: maybe 20 minutes or so.
Anyway, enjoy your car! The tune is SOOOO worth it!

As far as voiding the warranty. Most of us save the stock air box, and whenever the car needs to go in for service, we return the computer to stock, re-place the stock box, and you shouldn't have any problems.
