That's awesome. 
That being said, hopefully the closed garage door fixes the problem; otherwise I see big tensions between you and your neighbor, and he seems like a nice enough individual.

do you have the stock cats/h-pipe on? if so, it's not that loud 
however,
if you have an off-road pipe and loudmouths, i'd complain at the crappy noise it makes too [:'(]

I feel for ya man, I had the police show up at my door and tell me they have been getting tons of complaints everyday from people in my area.
