My gear concerns. Need your input.

24 hours with problem free gears. Hope it stays that way.

Im just concerned on how to break in the gears, and when should i have my oil changed for the new differentials? Because i have to take my car to the dealership for my 5000 km sevice check-up soon.

Accelerate smoothly and slowly. Don't go dropping the clutch on mashing the gas until 500 miles have passed. I spent the weekend and just drove around smoothly until I passed 500 miles. Also try and get 3 heat/cool cycles before the 500 miles also.

Gear break in is all about heat cycles... You want the gears to break in a little without overheating the oil... Best way to go about it is a minimum of 3 cycles... Drive the car for 15-20 minutes and let it completely cool between drives... After that, you're good to go...
