Yup.....it got up to 84 and humid today in Fla. I was driving home..not very spirited driving..just norm..car was low on gas...(22 miles DTE) started car up...drove on road...CEL came on..P0340...I know what it relates to...last summer same code....cleared code then replaced my battery..code came back once or twice after battery replacement then never again until today...about 6-7 months later....cleared code and will obviously watch it....am I just delaying the inevitable alternator replacement....warranty is over on the car...plus they would not replace it with the saleen install anyhow...what are my alternator options....is the alternator the only thing it can be...I read the symptoms the cam position sensor and none exist....has not come back on since I cleared the code....but I might as well start pricing alternators...if anyone has any suggestions??? where to buy etc.....thanks....TJ
