Oil for a turbo

Oil for a turbo
Hi all,
Yes another oil thread, but this time the question is for those that already have their turbos running, what are you using?
I will install my kit in a few weeks, its a GT37R 67mm BB.
I regulary use 10W30 (this is a tropical country with permanent summer) but now I'm in doubt if this kind of oil will work well with the turbo, I know BB turbos use less oil but couldn't find recommended oil and how to balance as a the best oil for both (engine & turbo)
Thanks all.

RE: Oil for a turbo
I would likely stick to a quality 30 weight synthetic.
Im not sure how well the Cam Phasers would get along with higher viscosity.
Outside of the turbo guys here, "Bobistheoilguy" is a good source of info for lubes for specific applications.

RE: Oil for a turbo
I haven't changed my oil since my turbo. I still use Mobile full synthetic 5-20.
I've read some things about our engines being very sensitive to oil.Supposedly the tolerences, combined with the Variable Cam Timing create an issue with oil. Supposedly the thin oil, 5-20, is supposed to be better and better tolerated.
