best way to paint calipers red?
hey guys...whats the best way to paint them...certain type of paint? should i sand them....i did a half *** job last year with crappy spray paint and it came out , well half assed....right now they are almost brown from weather..i would like to get a nice thick even coat that brake dust will wipe off easily with..any tips

I'veused thisbefore on my F-body and it came out great. Need to pick up a new one for the Pony tho....

I've had problems with the Duplicolor flaking off the caliper. I did the installation exactly like the instructions said and waited 24 hours before driving my car. It's not a big deal as I touch up the spots that flake off. If I had the chance to do it over again I'd go with G2, plus you can get them in your car color also.

if you buy sh*t paint, expect to have problems. those who claim otherwise are exceptions to the rule, i guarantee it. the g2 kit is excellent, and will not chip or flake. the extra $20-30 is worth it to me in order to know that i won't be re-painting in 2 months like i had to when i used the auto-zone kit.
