Not that I know of[8D].
Chrome is great but not user friendly...
Once you have an imperfection, you're stuck with it.

It's that nickel process that's amotha fuka because it's basically a chemical reaction.

yea, i called a local shop, they said they used to do it, but it was to much a PITA for them so now gotta send out somewhere to nickel plate and rechrome, probly better to order a new one. but its so small i'll just live w/ it until i get a whole new set.

any other suggestions are welcome and appreciated

Well, I haven't done it but, you could always try to fill up the damage with epoxy and use that chrome spray on that.
I forgot the exact brand but it works on plastic stuff.

Just an idea, even thoughit sounds cheap[8D].

Good luck budd.

This might help. I know your rims are chrome and the finish might not show up as nice but if the rims are aluminum you ight be able to get rid of the rash with a dremmel and some polish,

Model builders have struggled with the "chrome" and "aluminum" paint problem for years. If there is a good hobby shop in your area you might find a slightly better match there.
