Well, I took the car down to the car wash today and noticed that a part of my driver side fog light had come off of the bulbs - and weirdly enough .. it looks like it was melting the lense.

I've been looking for some fog lights, but can't seem to locate any ... of course I don't know all the resources yall use.

So, I figured I might have to buy the whole grille w/ the fogs ... if not - PLEASE let me know.

I kinda want to keep the pony emblem ... if at all possible.

Yeah, all that's on there is some Halo stuff ... not really looking for that.

Been looking all over ... either need replacement fogs (NON-Halo) .. or a GT Grille that deletes the fogs.

The fog lamp assembly is removable from the grill. According to the workshop manual, the assembly for the GT is Fordp/n 15K201/15201 (RH/LH).

Were you using the stock bulbs or had you replaced them? Strange if it was the stock bulb...

No, I'm using the Luminic Blue's ... the metal casing that goes around the bulb has fallen off.

I'll sell you my GT stock grille with the fogs in it. I went with a CDC billet grille. Other than some bugs that I need to clean off, it's in A condition.

The aftermarket fog bulbs run hotter and it a well known fact that the
adhesive around the item that has fallen off was affected by the heat.
The OEM fogs are readily available, on eBay and thru catalog suppliers.

Just a few. They supply new OEM non-halo l & R fogs and take-offs.
But run a hotter bulb and it will happen again.

Hey Washamur, if your car is still under warranty put your factory bulbs back in.Your warranty will cover this because my 07 GT fogs did the same thing and they replaced at no cost. Just make sure you put the factory bulbs back in.

I appreciate that ... but I think after much deliberation -- I'm going to get the Bullitt Grille and keep going w/ the "classic" look.
