LOL, Yeah I got the letter today as well. Ford is right on top of things notifying owners in such a timely manner.

I didn't get a letter yet either. I checked online, and my VIN is one of the ones with the recall. I'm glad they make sure the owners of the cars are getting the word over a recall. Recalls are normally pretty big safety concerns.

By the way, there's a Lincoln dealer down the road that has a huge sign that says they're authorized to work on all Ford Motors vehicles. Although the Lincoln guys hardly deal with Mustangs, I'd have to wonder if at least the customer service might be a little bit better since it's Lincoln.

I saw the post a few weeks ago. I checked my vin online. My RCM needs to be reprogrammed. My dealer new nothing about it. (not surprised).
I'm waiting for the recall letter.

edit: mailman just delivered it 2 minutes after i posted. lol

Just got mine yesterday too!

I assume the half day timing is just to cover the way most service centers schedule appointments.
