I have an 06 gt...next mod 4.10s or aluminum driveshaft? current mods; c&l racer,sct,steeda udp & cmcv plates o/r xpipe, magna packs...

I think it depends on what u are using the car for
if you are taking it to the track and not as a daily driver than 4.10s
but 4.10s will hurt your gas millage and you will be shifting sooner i may be wrong
an aluminum drive shaft will have less rotational enertia since it weights probably 20 pounds less, it will free up some horses
i think you should start with the shaft first

the 4.10 actually make 5th gear work!

ok..cool guys thanks..the only thing holding me back on the 4.10's is....... is there a traction issue since acceleration is so much harder...will hooking up be harder..is basiclly my main question..

Just got my 4.10 taken out and put my 3.55 back in.. I hated the way it drove around town with the 4.10.. But everybodys diff
