Connecting Rods (3V):
6800 rpm normally aspirated.
6500 rpm to 12 psi.
6200 rpm over 12 psi.
In my opinion 12 psi is a nice place to stop on these engines.
Should get you in the upper 400's on a Whipple.
Well into the 500's on a Turbo.
Just my opinion, that and a buck will buy you a cup of coffee.

450rwhp is what the majority will say is safe. You can get to that quite easily with any of the available superchargers.
