TUNING QUESTION (Pro's please chime in)

It's coming up on Summertime and here in Georgia, they change the formulation of the gas in the summer monthsto try and cut down on smog yah de yah...
THIS HAS GOT TO AFFECT HOW GAS ACTUALLY BURNS INSIDE THE ENGINE

SO, the question is...

Does anyone out there have separate tunes for "Summer" and "Winter" gas?
Is there that much difference between Summer and Winter gasand is it worth getting separate tunes for Summer and Winter?
(as stated above, there must be differences otherwise the State wouldn't mandate summer/Winter gas scenarios)
Has anyone ever asked their pro-tuner guy this question before?

Ask your tuner. IF they're reputable they'll tell you the truth rather than simply saying "get another tune."
